Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i)the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.\r\n(ii)Payment of 'Interim Dividend' for the financial year 2023-24 and to fix 'Record date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board; and\r\n(iii)Raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/issues/series as per the business requirement of the Company.
